Role: Creative Director / Group Lead

Objective

1) Create a launch campaign for a new CJR collection

2) Develop a brand strategy to enhance CJR’s online presence

3) Construct a mock pitch deck

Responsibilities

  • Identify which marketing tactics to implement and determine achievable OKRs

  • Perform market research to develop an ideal customer profile

  • Lead a team of 6 trainees to outline, plan, and design a launch campaign

  • Create mock designs for marketing content and materials (ads, copy, zines, etc.)

In Your Own #CJR

As a fashionist, I saw a unique opportunity to leverage the brand’s emotional appeal to target it’s ideal customer. I conceptualized the theme “In your own Christopher John Rogers”.

The brand already encourages people to express themselves freely, so I wanted to amplify that message. The idea was that every outfit tells a story. I wanted people to create their own story in this new Christopher John Rogers collection.

Copy Strategy

To reinforce the brand's message of empowerment, our copy strategy centered around the idea of 'taking up space’. I created the following copy as a way to encourage customers to be fearless in their own CJR.
